Villa Montana Bali is located in the rural
village of Kerta, which means ‘peace’ in Balinese, is a thoughtfully designed
luxury villa with great attention to all details. Situated overlooking the Ayung
River in the cool hills of central Bali, it was built, landscaped, decorated and
furnished to exacting standards, with the goal of absolutely satisfying well

Each of the rooms is oriented toward our spectacular view of the central
mountain chain. It’s worth arising early to see the mountain chain etched behind
the foreground of terraces and palm trees. The garden is large and fully
landscaped, with an abundance of tree ferns and other amazing tropical plants.

Villa Montana Bali is located in Kerta Village, approximately 20 minutes
north-west of Ubud, the cultural and dining center of Bali; the heart of Bali.
The renowned cultural pulse of the island where there are numerous art galleries
and fine dining restaurants to visit. Some of the best spas on the island are
within 25 minutes of Villa Montana’s front door.
The people of Bali’s highlands are polite and unassuming who go about their
daily life quite oblivious to the impact of tourism. The country side is clean
and the air is crisp with daily temperatures rarely exceeding the 27 Celsius,
while nighttime temperatures are on average 18 Celsius. Perfect days continue
into perfect nights, as there is no need for air-conditioning, you can fall
asleep into a peaceful slumber, under a big quilt listening to the sound of
Mother Nature; frogs croaking, crickets chirping and the rustle of the soft
breeze caressing the trees and surrounding foliage. Many of our guests claim
that they have never slept better anywhere!
A 20-minute drive to the north reveals the volcanic mountain of Kintamani, an
ideal spot for keen trekkers or just to enjoy a pleasant lunch and admire the
scenery. Also nearby is a white water rafting starting point and elephant safari
park.
The bustling market town of Payangan is interesting to visit and the market
itself is never too crowded or hot. The area north of Payangan is still largely
unspoiled by tourism, and you will find the countryside clean and lush.
Living Room / Kitchen
The living room and kitchen are architecturally stunning and measure 120 Sq.
Meters (1,300 Sq. Feet). They are housed in an octagonal “bale” or pavilion open
to Ayung River Valley views and overlooking the infinity edge swimming pool.
Tropical Asian Style with Balinese accents.
The living room is luxuriously furnished with satellite television, hi-fi sound
system, dvd player and comfortable designer sofas.
The open plan kitchen and bar are hotel quality. From a simple breakfast to a
large dinner party, the kitchen and dining room are superbly equipped.
The Four Bedrooms
How to describe the bedrooms? Uncompromising luxury. Well decorated and
beautiful. Spotlessly clean and impeccably well maintained. All bedrooms come
with en-suite bathrooms.
All bedrooms are marble floored with Turkish area rugs. The décor is Asian
modern style with traditional European comfort and accents. All bedrooms
feature: Fresh Cut Flowers, 500 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sheets, Tropical
Weight Duvets, Orthopedic Mattresses, Twice Daily Maid Service with Turndown and
Ceiling Fans with Air-Conditioning.
# 1 - Master Bedroom
Villa Montana’s Master Bedroom is larger than many Bali villas. The Master
Bedroom measures 60 Sq. Meters (650 Sq. Feet) and has a very comfortable living
room with satellite television, DVD player and a lounge suite.
Bedroom # 2
Bedroom # 2 measures 30 Sq. Meters (310 Sq. Feet). It is beautifully
decorated with original Balinese artwork, a 17th Century Chinese cabinet,
objects d’art and a Turkish area rug rounding out the décor. As throughout Villa
Montana, the floors are cream marble.

Bedroom # 3
Bedroom # 3 is identical to bedroom # 2 with one important exception -
bedroom # 3 features an additional large window allowing more light to enter the
room.
Bedroom # 4 - Villa Montana Owner’s Suite
The Owner’s Suite is architecturally modeled after one of Bali’s finest 5 Star
hotels. It is a large (95 Sq. Meters or 1,050 Sq. Feet) private villa separated
from the main villa by a landscaped waterfall and lily pond.
Villa Montana’s Owner’s Suite is an optional rental. The main villa houses three
bedrooms. If a fourth bedroom is required the Owner’s Suite is ideal. The
Owner’s Suite is decorated with no expense spared. Lavish, supremely comfortable
living quarters featuring a living room with satellite television and DVD
player, study, 4 Poster Canopied Bed and a large ensuite bathroom.

All rates are net/villa/night quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable
government tax and service charge with the following benefits :

Rates do not include gratuities, telephone calls, meals and cars/drivers
2.High & Peak Season Periods
High season period : July 1 - September 15

3.Reservation Procedure
All enquiries are handled on first come/first payment received basis
All reservations must be made in writing via email or fax
4.Minimum Stay
Low season : 2 nights
High/peak season : 5 nights
5.Villa Capacity
Details of the number of guests including children (and their ages) are required
prior to acceptance of any reservation. Should the party exceed the maximum
villa capacity (2 adults + 1 child per room), the management may not be able to
accept the reservation. Therefore, please ensure that you select the appropriate
villa type to accommodate your family or group. Children under 12 years old
sharing with parents using the existing bed are free of charge. Children over 12
years old are considered adults.
